The Hourglass Tale
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
About Game
The Hourglass Tale is a 3D platform game and it contains puzzles that must be solved by the player.
It was developed for GameDev.tv Community Jam.
This time, the Jam's theme is about time! So we thought that in this game the player manipulates time in order to solve the puzzles and complete all levels.
It looks simple, but it can be tricky and the player has to find his or her own way to achieve the level's goal, that is reaching the portal.
Run, jump, freeze the time, die, run, jump, freeze the time, die, do it all again...
We really hope you enjoy our game!
Instructions

This game was great fun to play. I enjoyed it a lot and was surprised by how much was accomplished with things such as settings, the skin store, the art. The team has done well!
Couple of feedback points:
- The grass has collision which can save the player from falling since the leaves overhang. Not sure if this is intentional, feels a little weird, but it saved me a couple of times haha.
- Is the crab/beetle collision a lot bigger than the mesh? Because I would like it to be closer matched to the body. I tried to slow down time and go around it to get a blue gem but died without touching him. Makes it hard to know where I can go.
What a thrill!! THAT'S AWESOME! It was a pleasure play the game. CONGRATS for all involves on it!! Keep this way and you'll be the biggest one!
